Welcome. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this iOS application (the “App”), owned and operated by Anatolii Grishin. The App allows users to edit photos and create visual content for social media platforms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only. You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, or collect data from other users
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its components

3. User Content and Ownership

All photos, visuals, and creative content created using the App (“User Content”) remain your sole property. Anatolii Grishin does not claim ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. The App does not store, access, or use your content except where required for app functionality or customer support, if applicable.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, as well as time-limited in-app purchases, to unlock additional features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable local laws.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle
• Payments are processed using the payment method linked to your Apple ID

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal fees are charged at the same rate unless otherwise disclosed

Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription time

Fee Changes

The App owner reserves the right to change subscription pricing or introduce new plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

Trial Periods

The App may offer free trial periods, including 3-day trials for selected subscription plans.

Failure to Pay

If payment fails or is not received, access to subscription features may be suspended or terminated.

Refunds

Except where required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review the App during any available trial period before purchasing.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important. The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

Third-party services may be used to monitor performance, deliver optional features like notifications, and improve the App. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to these practices.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, code, and original content, is the intellectual property of Anatolii Grishin and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you uninstall the App, ensure that any active subscriptions are properly managed or cancelled through your Apple ID.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
